The Australian Privacy Principles

On the Site, we only collect Personal Information when you request to book a Platform demo or otherwise request to get in touch with us.

On the Platform, we only collect Personal Information that is necessary to create and manage an Account on the Platform.

We will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use Personal Information for additional purposes that are incompatible with the disclosed purpose for which the Personal Information was collected without providing you with notice consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Information That You Voluntarily Provide To Us

create an Account on the Platform;
register for access to premium content;
request certain premium features;

We do not collect any Sensitive Information (as defined under the Privacy Act).

Access To Your Personal Information

In most cases, you may have access to Personal Information that we hold about you. We will handle requests for access to your Personal Information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and other applicable laws depending on your jurisdiction. After such period, we will either securely delete or deidentify and/or aggregate your Personal Information. Storage and Security Of Your Personal Information

The personal data we collect is primarily stored within Amazon Web Services’ servers in United States. As we are a remote company, we process data in the countries we live in (including Australia and the United States) and in any data processing facilities operated by the third parties identified herein. By using the Site and/or the Platform and providing your information, including Personal Information, to us and/or through the Site and/or the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that we may transfer, store and process such information, including your Personal Information, in jurisdictions outside of your state or country of residence as necessary to operate our business and provide the Site and the Platform to you. If we transfer or store your information outside the United States in any way, we will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable security measures and take commercially reasonable steps to protect the information described under this Privacy Policy from loss, misuse, corruption, unauthorized access and disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. California Consumer Privacy Act

California Shine The Light Law

Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents who have an established business relationship with the Company may request a list of the categories of Personal Information that we have disclosed to third parties in the past twelve (12) months and the third-party business partners to whom we have disclosed your Personal Information in the past twelve (12) months. Additionally, California residents who have an established business relationship with the Company may choose to opt out of our sharing their contact information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Your computer or mobile device may be configured to deliver “Do Not Track” signals to websites and applications that you access. Third Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third party websites which are not owned or operated by the Company. You may click-through to such third party websites from this Site, in which case we recommend that you refer to the privacy statement of the websites you visit. Re-Marketing

We may use the re-marketing services provided by Google AdWords and/or Facebook (Meta) to advertise on third party websites to previous visitors to this Site based upon their activity on this Site. This allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs. Such advertising may be displayed on a Google search results page or a website in the Google Display Network or inside Facebook. Google and Facebook may use cookies and/or pixel tags to achieve this. Any data so collected by Google and/or Facebook will be used in accordance with their own respective privacy policies. None of your personal Google and/or Facebook information is reported to us.
